Since then, the service standard for home appliance logistics has expanded from a single delivery to a three-dimensional delivery, installation, and usability, and the entire industry has gradually followed suit. In 2017, Ruseven led the formulation of the "Home Large Appliance Smart Logistics Full Process Service Specification," which was the first to clearly define the full chain service requirements of "warehouse, dry, distribution, installation, collection, identification, repair, and visit" in a standardized form. This incorporated the send and install together service into the standardized system, laying the foundation for user experience upgrade and industry high-quality development.

Over the past two decades, Ruseven Supply Chain has built a service network covering the entire country. Data shows that it has over 4,000 cooperative outlets, 100,000 delivery and installation service personnel, 14,000 main line routes, and 170,000 cooperative vehicles. On this basis, it has built a diversified main line distribution network and district distribution network with a national reach.
