In October, during the double festival of National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, the city of Nantong, known as the 'Pearl of Jianghai,' celebrated the festive spirit with its public buses adorned in holiday attire, weaving through the streets and alleys. The 'red' of the decoration company and the 'green' of Tuba兔 added to the festive atmosphere.

It was reported that Nantong's local powerhouse, No.22 Decoration Company, in collaboration with the internet-based renovation platform Tuba兔, has jointly placed nearly a hundred bus body advertisements in Nantong, covering the two major urban areas of Chongguan and Tongzhou. In addition, both companies have also launched new underground lighting box advertisements in the commercial landmark, Huarens Wanyang City. Furthermore, nearly 1,500 taxis in Nantong have changed their rooftop advertisements, and there are concentrated placements on 200 road gates.

No.22 Decoration, a genuine Nantong enterprise, was born in 2016. It started as a small company with only two people, each handling multiple roles, and everything was crammed into a 60-square-meter room for the showroom and office.

However, the challenges during the early days of No.22 Decoration did not last long. In 2017, Tuba兔 expanded its business to Nantong, and No.22 Decoration participated in宣讲, road shows, and recruitment. Attracted by the new model of internet-based renovation, the company successfully became Tuba兔's first cooperative enterprise in Nantong.

When discussing the origin of the cooperation with Tuba兔, founder Zhang Xinjian of No.22 Decoration remembered vividly, "Back then, the source of customers could not be guaranteed, and we had to walk a different path in order to survive. The one thing we were not afraid of was to try."

Over the following years, Tuba兔's business scale has surged, blossoming across the country, and more and more people know about 'Finding renovation companies and workers on Tuba兔's big platform'. Riding the wind of internet-based renovation, No.22 Decoration has developed rapidly, gradually consolidating its position and accumulating its first pot of gold.

With a stable source of customers, challenges such as showrooms, personnel, and scale emerged. No.22 Decoration made timely adjustments according to the stage of each development, all of which were aimed at expanding operations. In 2020, Nantong, a city not known to many, officially entered the trillion GDP club, becoming the fourth city in Jiangsu province to achieve this milestone. This prosperous land has been remembered by more and more people, and all industries are developing vigorously.

Since Tuba兔 entered Nantong in 2017, No.22 Decoration has been involved. Now, the two parties have been collaborating for eight years. From 2016 to 2025, No.22 Decoration has experienced three store relocations, expanding from a 60-square-meter space to the current 3,000 square meters, and the team has grown from two people to 80.

"I am fortunate to have become a beneficiary of the internet-based renovation," founder Zhang Xinjian of No.22 Decoration said with gratitude, "I am grateful for my courage in the early days and also lucky to have walked the entrepreneurial path with Tuba兔, avoiding many pitfalls."

Regarding the joint promotion, He Yuanjian, the marketing manager of Tuba兔, followed up the entire process and said, "It is a natural progression since Tuba兔 and No.22 Decoration have had a very high level of默契 over the past eight years of cooperation."
