On October 14, 2026, the Australian Trade Remedies Commission issued Announcement No. 2026/147, making a definitive preliminary ruling on anti-dumping against imported aluminium windows and doors from China (Aluminium Windows and Doors). The Commission has decided to impose temporary anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties in the form of a deposit from October 15, 2026, as follows:
The temporary anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duty rates for Shenzhen Zhongying Jianke Holding Co., Ltd. (Altop Facade Co., Ltd.) are both 0%;
The temporary anti-dumping duty rate for Zhongshan Bolude FaLang Menchuang System Co., Ltd. is 24.4% and the temporary anti-subsidy duty rate is 0%;
The temporary anti-dumping duty rate for Guangdong Kete Facadetech Co., Ltd. is 12.1% and the temporary anti-subsidy duty rate is 0%;
The temporary anti-dumping duty rate for Zhuhai Yipeng Technology Co., Ltd. is 51.6% and the temporary anti-subsidy duty rate is 0%;
The temporary anti-dumping duty rate for Foshan AMJ Windows and Doors Co., Ltd. is 5.3% and the temporary anti-subsidy duty rate is 0%;
The temporary anti-dumping duty rate for Guangdong Yuanjiang Facade Co Ltd is 34.8% and the temporary anti-subsidy duty rate is 0%;
The temporary anti-dumping duty rate for other responding exporters is 24.4% and the temporary anti-subsidy duty rate is 0%;
The temporary anti-dumping duty rate for non-cooperating and all other exporters is 70.4% and the temporary anti-subsidy duty rate is 2.9%.
This case primarily involves products under Australian Customs Tariff Code 7610.10.00.12.
On November 25, 2025, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Announcement No. 2025/115, stating that in response to an application submitted by Australian domestic company Ventora Group Pty Ltd and the Australian Glass and Window Association, an anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation has been initiated against imported aluminium windows and doors from China.
