On October 7th, RoMan股份 (Stock Code: 605289) announced that its subsidiary, Wu Tong High-Tech, has entered into a purchase agreement with China Merchants Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and China Merchants Smart Supply Chain Services Co., Ltd.. According to the terms of the contract, China Merchants Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will purchase computational power equipment from Wu Tong High-Tech and then lease it to China Merchants Smart Supply Chain Services Co., Ltd.. Wu Tong High-Tech will directly deliver the relevant computational power equipment to China Merchants Smart Supply Chain Services Co., Ltd.. The total contract amount is approximately 3.11 billion yuan.
In addition, Wu Tong High-Tech recently signed a computation equipment procurement framework agreement with Beijing Guangma Software Co., Ltd.. Wu Tong High-Tech is responsible for purchasing computational power equipment for Beijing Guangma Software Co., Ltd. and providing related technical services. The contract amount is approximately 2.77 billion yuan.
