好房子材料选指南:先张法预应力管桩构件

Good House Construction Material Guide

Editor's Note: Constructing safe, comfortable, green, and smart “good houses” is an important measure to enhance the quality of buildings and meet the people's demand for a better life. To facilitate the understanding, selection, and proper use of relevant building materials by personnel from construction, design, and construction units, as well as the general public, and to fully play the supporting role of good materials in the construction of “good houses”, the Science and Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, based on the “Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting Scientific and Technological Progress” and the “Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements”, and on the basis of existing work and research results, after public collection, expert review, and result公示, has selected 46 types of building materials suitable for the construction of “good houses”, and compiled the “Guide to Good Materials for Good House Construction”. This article presents a section of the “Guide” for reference for relevant units and individuals to understand and select building materials.

Section on Structural Components and Materials – Prestressed High-Strength Concrete Pipe Pile

1. Product Introduction

Prestressed high-strength concrete pipe piles are prefabricated concrete components in the form of a hollow circular cylinder made of high-strength concrete by means of the pre-tensioning method, which have functions such as load transfer, settlement control, seismic resistance, and wind resistance. High-strength pre-tensioned steel rebars are pretensioned in a factory to form pre-stress, and concrete is compacted under centrifugal force (high-speed rotating mold) to enhance its impermeability and crack resistance. After pipe pile forming, it is cured under steam at a pressure of 10 atmospheres and a temperature of about 180℃ (or by an aeration-free curing process), which allows the concrete strength grade to reach C80 and above.

2. Applicable Scope and Points for Use

Applicable Scope: Prestressed high-strength concrete pipe piles are suitable for the foundation engineering of buildings and structures with seismic fortification intensity not exceeding 7 degrees in regions with seismic fortification.

Points for Use: Before construction, the site should be leveled and hardened, and the pile positions should be accurately located by measurement and line. The pile machine should be positioned, leveled, and the verticality should be ensured. The pipe pile should be lifted vertically using a special hook, and it should be gently lowered by about 0.5 meters. The verticality of the pile body should be corrected from two directions. After light tapping or light pressing for 1 to 2 meters, if there is no shift or tilt, the pile should be driven normally. When the pile top is 0.8 to 1.0 meters above the ground, pile joints should be made, with continuous and full welding seams, and natural cooling for at least 8 minutes after welding. Piling should follow the "double control" principle, with general soil layers primarily based on elevation, with penetration or pile force as auxiliary, and hard soil layers primarily based on penetration or pile force, with elevation as auxiliary. When the pile top is below ground level, a pile driver should be used. After reaching the standard, the pile should be stopped or final pressure applied, completing the single pile construction.

3. Application Cases

The prestressed high-strength concrete pipe piles produced by Guangdong Sanhe Pipe Pile Co., Ltd. are mainly applied in various engineering foundations in Northeast, North China, East China, South China, and Southeast Asia, with an application volume of about 30 million square meters.

Typical Engineering Case: The newly constructed wharf of the 100,000-ton-level port at Baosteel's Zero-Carbon High-Grade Thin Plate Steel Factory in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, uses prestressed high-strength concrete pipe piles produced by Guangdong Sanhe Pipe Pile Co., Ltd. The main pile length is 48 to 54 meters, and the single pile driving blow count exceeds 2400 times. The prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile, compared with the traditional cast-in-place pile, has a shorter construction period, lower construction difficulty, and achieves cost savings. The ultra-long prefabricated offshore pile solves the problem of the strong corrosion of seawater on steel, effectively avoiding the corrosion of the pile body by seawater.
