On May 20th, Dongyi Risheng Technology held a press conference in Beijing, officially launching a new AI home improvement brand named "Jinli Huanxinjia" and introducing the "Central Kitchen + City Service Provider + Community Store" platform business model. At the event, the core AI design system "Jin Xiao Li" made its first public appearance and was demonstrated on site, with Mr. Chen Hui, the founder of Dongyi Risheng, systematically explaining the brand philosophy and strategic planning.

The launch of "Jinli Huanxinjia" is not a simple brand extension. Based on 30 years of industry deepening and 10 years of digital practice, Dongyi Risheng Technology takes the AI platform as the infrastructure, systematizing the core capabilities such as design, supply chain, and delivery, and attempting to reshape the traditional development logic of the home improvement industry that has long relied on human resources and heavy assets, providing a new path for industry ecology to shift from zero-sum game to symbiotic and win-win.

30 minutes for design and quotation, "Jin Xiao Li" connects design and delivery chain

Serving as the smart core of "Jinli Huanxinjia," "Jin Xiao Li" is an intelligent design system based on the AI Agent architecture. The on-site demonstration at the press conference showed that after the user inputs basic information such as space type, style preference, and functional requirements, "Jin Xiao Li" can generate multiple complete design plans within 30 minutes, and simultaneously output material lists and quotations.

Unlike traditional AI rendering tools, "Jin Xiao Li" achieves a breakthrough by connecting the design and delivery chain. The design plans generated by the system are connected to the backend supply chain in real time, and the products in the renderings correspond to actual purchasable goods. The quotation list is automatically matched with the design, and the consumer's renderings have the direct transformation capability to real scene delivery.

In terms of technical architecture, "Jin Xiao Li" is driven by ten AI Agents working in collaboration, each responsible for different aspects such as demand understanding, floor plan recognition, design style matching, product intelligent recommendation, and construction calculation. Mr. Chen Hui introduced that the training foundation of the system is Dongyi Risheng's 30 years of accumulated real户型 data, design plans, and construction delivery records, as well as more than 10 years of full-chain digital practice.

"Central Kitchen + Community Store", lightweight asset model for tapping into the existing market

Relying on the technical capabilities of "Jin Xiao Li," "Jinli Huanxinjia" has established four major business segments: space renewal, finished room upgrade, local installation, and full-case integration, and has launched differentiated product lines such as book room, tea room, health island, pet paradise, etc. The brand promotes the "install while living" model, allowing consumers to start with a single space without moving out of their homes, reducing the decision-making threshold.

In terms of the business model, "Jinli Huanxinjia" adopts a three-level structure of "Central Kitchen + City Service Provider + Community Store." The central kitchen outputs standardized capabilities with "Jin Xiao Li" at the core, city service providers are responsible for local operations, and community stores take root in the community in a lightweight asset model, serving to acquire customers and maintain customer relationships.

In terms of brand philosophy, "Jinli Huanxinjia" establishes "people first, then things, then making money" as the behavioral code, committed to rebuilding industry trust. The brand name also conveys this positioning — "Jin" represents technology, transparency, and purity, "Li" symbolizes auspiciousness and transformation, and "Huanxinjia" implies a comprehensive upgrade of lifestyle and spirit.

At the press conference, industry guests from the China Decoration and Construction Association and the National Federation of Furniture and Decoration Industry Chamber of Commerce gave positive evaluations of the platform model of "Jinli Huanxinjia," considering it in line with the industry logic of the home improvement industry shifting from scale expansion to quality improvement. According to the plan, the brand will establish a demonstration store in Beijing this year and build capabilities, aiming to rapidly replicate in the next two years and eventually become a standard setter for the industry.
