Traditional ceramic factories' production processes were like information islands, relying on manual experience, which often led to inefficient production and unstable quality. However, Dongpeng's Chongqing base, through full-chain digital transformation, has constructed a "thinking network" covering the entire process from raw materials to finished products: deploying DAS data collection and energy management center systems to achieve real-time production data collection and full-process traceability; AI detection for defects triggers automatic memory, feedback, and联动 sorting, gradually achieving zero-defect finished products; and in the storage and transportation phase, AGV and packaging lines are smartly linked, reducing human dependency on logistics by 70% and task interruption rate by 90%.



What is even more noteworthy is that Dongpeng has deeply linked intelligent manufacturing with green manufacturing. Through technologies such as unmanned automatic batching, they have achieved a 200% increase in batching efficiency while significantly reducing carbon emissions, truly realizing a coordinated development of efficiency and environmental protection.



Currently, most companies' intelligent transformation stops at "point breakthroughs." However, Dongpeng's practice shows that true intelligence is when the entire factory thinks like an organic organism. He Ximing, Chairman of Dongpeng Holdings, said in a dialogue with Wu Xiaobo that AI brings not just simple tool upgrades to manufacturing but a fundamental transformation of productivity. Dongpeng has transformed 53 years of industry experience into accurate algorithm models, achieving new heights in product quality stability while breaking the traditional contradiction between scale and flexibility.
