On October 21st and 23rd,红星美凯龙Guangdong Zhongshan Mall and Dongguan Mall successively held the mall's "Annual Business Development Strategy Launch Event". This event, taking the appointment of the South Guangdong & Jiangxi Provincial Marketing and Development Center and the new management team of the two malls as an opportunity, gathered hundreds of brand merchants and cross-industry partners to release the refreshed business plan and market positioning of the mall, anchor the new ten-year development direction of the mall, and simultaneously launch the mall's anniversary celebration and Double 11 promotion.
At the meeting, the newly appointed Provincial Marketing and Development General Manager Hong Yongjun emphasized the business development principles of the mall: adhering to long-termism, staying on the main track of home furnishings, and requiring the core team of the provincial center to sink to the front line to directly empower mall operations and help merchants improve quality and efficiency.
As the main battlefield for the implementation of the business development strategy, General Manager Liu Liu of Zhongshan Mall and General Manager Jin Wanxuan of Dongguan Mall both emphasized "user-oriented, serving merchants, and improving satisfaction." They explicitly proposed the dual upgrade of the brand operation matrix and mall hardware and software service plans, further proposing requirements for the core team's ability to serve merchants and users, and launching important initiatives such as the "New Brand Accompaniment Plan".
In addition, the anniversary celebration activities of Zhongshan Mall and Dongguan Mall and the Double 11 marketing initiatives were unveiled at the event, launching a series of promotional activities including gift coupons, joint order rebates, and live streaming discounts, further stimulating the home furnishings consumer market in Guangdong.
