Recently, installation master Li Zaiquan from Yuhua, Hunan, was highly commended by the Wanshi platform for his bravery, being awarded the "Positive Role Model" medal, a trophy, and a cash prize of 1000 yuan.

On September 9th, while on a service call, Li Zaiquan encountered an elderly client suffering from a sudden heart attack. Despite the danger, he calmly administered a quick-relief heart pill, called the client's family, and waited for their return to assist in taking the elderly person to the hospital.

The elderly person was rescued and out of danger. The client, Ms. Peng, contacted the Wanshi platform to share the story of her installer's kindness, expressing her gratitude.

Mrs. Peng shared that on the morning of the 9th, at 8 am, Li Zaiquan arrived for the scheduled glass cabinet installation. As she left for work, her nearly 80-year-old mother was left at home. At around 10 am, while in a meeting, she received a call from her mother, only to hear her installer's urgent voice: "Hurry back, your mother has had a heart attack."

Upon arriving home, Mrs. Peng found the installer, Master Li, waiting at the door with a serious expression. He quickly explained the situation to her, "I wanted to call 120, but she insisted you come back."

"If it weren't for the quick-relief heart pill, my mother might not have made it," Mrs. Peng said. "She has coronary heart disease, and when it attacks, she experiences angina and cannot speak. Thankfully, the installer didn't leave and gave her the medicine immediately."

Master Li recounted that while installing cabinets, the elderly person suddenly turned blue and collapsed on the sofa. Observing her holding her chest, he guessed it might be a heart attack. Seeing the quick-relief heart pill on the television cabinet, he quickly gave the medicine to the elderly person.

After taking the medicine, the elderly person's condition improved slightly, but she was still holding her chest in pain. Master Li wanted to call an ambulance, but was stopped by the elderly person. He then called Mrs. Peng and, after hanging up, the elderly person told the installer he could leave. However, Master Li felt uneasy and stayed until Mrs. Peng arrived to help her mother onto the ambulance before leaving.

Mrs. Peng said that Master Li called several times after the incident to inquire about her mother's health, showing great kindness and concern. Feeling grateful but without a way to thank him, she decided to write a thank you letter through the Wanshi platform's user feedback feature, documenting Master Li's good deed.

Master Li confessed that at the time, he only thought about the elderly person's safety.

"Everyone would do the same in this situation, I just made the choice everyone would make," Master Li said.

It is learned that Master Li has been in the furniture installation business for nearly 20 years, joining the Wanshi platform in 2021. He has now become a nearly full five-star "30,000 Master" on the platform.
