On September 12, 2025, the four-day Shanghai Home Expo and WMF International Woodworking Fair came to a successful conclusion at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. Multi-Material Innovation Technology Launch
A highlight of the exhibition was the speech by General Manager of Hanqiu股份, Mr. Chen Zhejin, at the China (Shanghai) International Furniture Production Equipment and Woodworking Machinery Fair. The speech tackled the current challenges of "material diversification and process complexity" in the furniture industry. Mr. Chen pointed out that as consumer demands become more diverse, traditional single-material and single-style home products are no longer able to meet market demand. Personalization and customization are gradually becoming the mainstream. Primate's "multi-material" includes metal, plastic, wood, and cement, and provides a rich variety of coating and finishing solutions for these materials.

At this exhibition, Hanqiu's reciprocating spray gun and PUR flat lamination line, as the core equipment of the "coating integration solution," won wide acclaim from customers.
01 Reciprocating Spray Gun: Efficient and Cost-Saving, Stable and Reliable
The Primate reciprocating spray gun uses an intelligent paint control system that adjusts spraying parameters automatically based on the size and material of the workpiece, avoiding paint waste and saving up to 20% more paint than traditional equipment. Equipped with high-precision guideways and servo motors, the spraying accuracy reaches ±0.1mm, ensuring that every piece of work has an even and flat coating, solving the problems of "large color difference and low efficiency" in manual spraying. Whether it's large-area plate coating or complex-shaped workpiece operations, it can handle it with ease.
02 PUR Flat Lamination Line: Strong Adhesion, Environmentally Friendly and Durable
The PUR flat lamination line focuses on the upgrade of "adhesion technology" and uses environmentally friendly PUR hot melt adhesive, without formaldehyde release, which meets national environmental standards. During the lamination process, intelligent temperature control and pressure regulation ensure the uniform distribution of the adhesive layer, and the adhesion strength is 30% higher than that of traditional cold glue, with better temperature and humidity resistance, and is not easy to delaminate in humid environments. In addition, the equipment supports the lamination of various materials (such as PVC, PET, wood veneer, etc.), meeting the production needs of furniture enterprises for "multi-functional machines."
