On September 3, 2025, the 23rd China International Coatings Exhibition grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The theme of this exhibition is “New Quality Leading, Technology Empowering,” aiming to build a high-level platform for the exchange of cutting-edge technologies and market applications in the global coatings industry. During the exhibition, the General Manager of Anhui Baiji New Materials Co., Ltd., Xu Daoding, was invited by Sina to give an exclusive interview. Anhui Baiji New Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in November 2020 and is located in the Mingguang Green Coatings Industrial Park, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. Covering an area of 94.22 acres, the total building area exceeds 30,000 square meters. The company specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of water-based coatings, powder coatings, high solid content environmental-friendly industrial coatings, and atomized putty, among other products. Although it has been in existence for a short time, the company has developed rapidly. It currently employs 105 people, has obtained 22 utility model patents and invention patents, and has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise. The company has passed the quality management system certification. The “Baiji” brand series of coating products have won market recognition in Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, and other places due to their excellent performance and comprehensive service system. They have established in-depth cooperation with well-known enterprises such as Jining Kaogel Automotive, Shanghai Kaiquan Pump Industry, and Tongling Nonferrous Metal Group.

This time, Baiji New Materials focused on showcasing coatings solutions for three major application scenarios: container coatings, automotive industrial coatings, and traditional industrial coatings. In the container field, the company has launched a product system that meets strict requirements such as the EU 5000 certification, SES certification, and RoHS directive, actively responding to international green regulations and helping customers expand overseas markets. In the field of automotive industrial coatings, although the company has not yet entered the original paint field, it has made multiple breakthroughs in the market of parts paint, truck paint, and commercial vehicle paint. The products have excellent weather resistance, light resistance, and low VOC characteristics, especially in the research and development of high solid content environmental-friendly industrial coatings. As the company's basic advantage, traditional industrial coatings focus on high corrosion resistance and special texture effects (such as hammer texture, orange texture, and fluorescence撒point), demonstrating good customization capabilities.

In terms of application cases, Xu Daoding especially introduced the successful cooperation between the company and Ningde Times on the charging station project. In response to the high standards of beauty, light retention, and weather resistance required by the charging station body structure, Baiji New Materials provided a truck paint solution that meets the needs through continuous technical reconciliation and coordination. This project has become one of the company's benchmark cases for high-end industrial coating this year.
