During the event, inspection personnel, under the coordination of Nantong Dazhong Gas, operated in a standardized manner using professional instruments to meticulously inspect gas appliances and pipeline interfaces, assessing equipment conditions and compliance of the hoses. They provided on-site explanations of hazards and offered repair or replacement suggestions; at the same time, they conducted safety education by distributing leaflets, explaining gas usage precautions, emergency response methods for leaks, and answering residents' questions.

For outdated and hazardous gas equipment, Nantong Linne introduced an attractive trade-in policy. This policy covers a variety of Linne's mainstream gas stoves and water heaters, with the highest subsidy ratio reaching 35%. Residents can enjoy corresponding price reductions when purchasing new equipment by simply presenting the old gas equipment that meets the conditions, significantly reducing the economic threshold for equipment updates.

In terms of installation services, Nantong Linne demonstrated professionalism and care, providing free expansion services and technicians carrying suitable tools to meet the installation requirements of different household types. They operate according to the installation standards of gas appliances and the structure of the house, ensuring that the hole size is appropriate and the position is reasonable. The entire process, from equipment removal, pipeline adjustment to new machine installation and debugging, is handled by experienced professional installation teams, strictly following safety regulations. Every seal treatment of the interface and every layout of the pipeline is meticulous and rigorous, ensuring the safety and stability of subsequent use by residents.

Furthermore, staff will teach residents how to identify genuine gas appliance products by hand, informing them to check whether the product has a production license, 3C certification, and other qualification certificates. They will verify that the model, specifications, and manufacturer information on the product label is clear and complete, reminding residents to purchase through official channels and to avoid purchasing and using products with serious safety hazards due to the pursuit of cheapness.
