Yiding Ceramics Business Update 2024-2025 Yiding Ceramics' Parent Company, Tian'an Xincai, Discloses 2024-2025 Business Performance
On June 3rd, Yiding Ceramics' parent company, Tian'an Xincai, released an announcement disclosing that it hosted a research visit by 11 institutions including Shanghai Wanhang Securities, Dongwu Securities, and China Merchants Securities on May 27th.
During the visit, Tian'an Xincai shared its business performance for the year 2024 and the first quarter of 2025 with investors. In 2024, the company's revenue slightly decreased and net profit decreased year-on-year, but non-operating net profit achieved growth; in the first quarter of 2025, revenue, net profit attributable to shareholders, and non-operating net profit all increased year-on-year. Tian'an Xincai is consolidating its two core businesses of building ceramics and high polymer composite decorative materials to build a pan-homogeneous industrial ecosystem and enhance overall profitability. Currently, the pan-homogeneous industrial chain of Tian'an Xincai has achieved a closed-loop, forming two major business segments: materials and EPC. Relying on these two segments, it leverages synergy to promote high-quality development.
In the Q&A session, Tian'an Xincai responded to multiple questions. Regarding automotive interiors, the company will rely on innovation to seize industry opportunities and develop diversified materials; in the home improvement sector, it will integrate resources to build a competitive system; and in the building ceramics segment, it will deepen the strategic integration of the Yiding brand and launch nine series with over 60 new products.
Notably, with the technical and capital support of its holding parent company, Tian'an Xincai, Yiding Ceramics has taken a distinctive development path with "one-stop solution for healthy residential living" as the breakthrough. This path is centered around "quality improvement drives brand improvement, brand improvement drives service improvement, and service improvement drives industrial improvement," forming an ecosystem covering brands such as "Yiding Ceramics, Yiding 2086, Huapeng Ceramics, Yiding New Materials, and Yiding Life." These brands have unique characteristics and together constitute a powerful brand matrix for Yiding Ceramics, providing consumers with a variety of choices.
